So I uninstalled LGS and ripped out any remaining items in the appdata folder and registry, this also did not work. What finally got it working for me was remembering a very old forum post about a similar issue in the predecessor to the G Hub: the Logitech Gaming Software. On the old Logitech Gaming software my Webcam and wired 502 get detected fine but not the Lightspeed.
I have tried installing with my Wired g502 plugged in and the Lightspeed 502 unplugged and it doesn't make a difference. The mouse works just fine while plugged in with the Windows base driver. This is a fresh install of Win 10, I'm on 1903 version as well.ĭownloading G HUB works fine, upon launching I give it permission to run and then it immediately hangs with a message that says "Logitech G Hub has stopped working.
